F3 SUPPORTS YMCA

KIDS CAMPAIGN

Brian Lentz
Vice President, F3 Gold
F3 Gold is very proud to be a contributor and donor to the 2018 Kids Campaign, which sponsors kids for various programming and Camp opportunities at the YMCA of Rapid City. Our 2018 donations help to sponsor over 30 kids for youth programs during the year, including day camp.

We are very happy to be able to give directly to help local youth experience the incredible outdoors of the Black Hills National Forest!

Additionally, F3 Gold and Big Rock are volunteering to help teach geology sessions at the YMCA’s Giraffic Park Kids Camp during the 2018 summer season. They donated a collection of rocks & minerals from the Black Hills to help contribute to their outdoor education and STEM curriculum and provide hands-on learning materials for the youth.
“We are very excited to get kids excited about rocks and minerals.  But more importantly, to bridge-the-gap in understanding the science of geology and the importance of rocks and minerals in our modern society and daily life.”

F3 Receives YMCA Community Builder Award FOR 2018 Contribution

F3 Gold is happy to receive the 2018 Community Builder Club appreciation award from the YMCA of Rapid City!

We believe that geology is a vital science to human civilization and driver of technological innovations into the future. Part of working to lead the industry forward is ensuring to bring others along, especially “bridging the gap” with today’s young, budding scientists-in-training.

It will kids like those we worked with at the YMCA camp that will help solve problems and create a better world for all.

Brian Lentz looks on as kids work on their project at camp.

“We are very grateful for the generous donation from F3 Gold and Big Rock Exploration.  But we are even more impressed by their commitment to being involved in the YMCA Giraffic Park Day Camp programs and helping to teach kids about geology!”
